Restoration was born when people wanted Tara returned to Watchers. We didn't return her to the cast but we did ask Chris Cook to write an episode called Restoration in Season One about the future Watchers Council set in 2130 with Willow and Tara reincarnated. 

From there people wanted more so we did a series of TV movies based on their adventures. Enjoy!
